Hassam Builders was tasked with taking a newly built house through to completion. The basic structure of the home was complete when we took over the project with the following areas completed.

We brought the interior from a basic lock up finish to being ready to move into. This included laying a floating floor throughout the home and installing custom cabinetry into the kitchen, bathroom and living areas.

We transformed the outdoor areas from dirt to a beautiful outdoor living area. This included new fencing and the erection of privacy screens in key areas. A massive outdoor deck in the rear and elegant landscaping for the front area.

The total project was completed on budget and on time, taking under 6 weeks to complete. The owners were aiming to sell the property once complete and were successful in achieving this.
